Thor is a 1-year-old male pup, born in February 2024, and currently fostered on the North Shore. While Thor can be a bit cautious and takes time to warm up to new people, he thrives with slow introductions and patience. Once he feels comfortable, he becomes a loving and playful companion. Thor absolutely loves his twice-weekly doggy daycare sessions, where he’s known to play non-stop with his furry friends! With time and trust, he’s sure to show his true, affectionate nature. He’s crate-trained for nighttime sleep, knows his basic commands, and has a few clever tricks up his sleeve! Thor’s ideal family would be experienced dog owners who can provide confident leadership and continue to build his confidence through positive reinforcement and training. He would do well in a household with older, dog-savvy children but may be too energetic for younger ones. He would also thrive in a home with another dog and a large backyard to play in. Unfortunately, Thor is not a fan of cats or birds.
