Meet Pugsley Born: 21 September 2026 Fostered in: Kaukapakapa Don’t let his name fool you… this little guy is more likely to steal your heart than cause trouble! Pugsley had a rough start to life, being dumped in a box as a new born with his siblings and needing to be bottle fed. Sadly, his two foster siblings passed away when they were just around 1½ weeks old, leaving Pugsley to carry on as the little fighter. Having grown up as a solo pup, Pugsley is quite happy in his own company. He settles beautifully in his enclosure when it’s nap time, but make no mistake, when he’s ready for some action, he’ll let you know! Once he’s out, he’s quite happy to follow his humans everywhere, making sure he doesn’t miss a thing, or head off on his own little adventures to explore the world around him. Although he’s used to being on his own, Pugsley has also had the chance to meet his other siblings again. He’s taken it all in his stride, playing happily with them and showing plenty of confidence despite being the smaller one! He absolutely loves being outside and discovering what’s going on around him. Pugsley is a lovely little boy with an independent streak, a curious nature and a story that makes him a little bit more special. Could this little Pugsley be the missing piece of your family?
