Carmen is a beautiful brindle girl with the sweetest, most soulful expression. She has a lovely, gentle nature and, although she can be a little unsure of the world at first, she is blossoming beautifully with love, patience and care. Carmen is a lovely mix of playful puppy and affectionate companion, and she enjoys being close to her people. She is learning to trust and discovering just how wonderful life can be. This special girl is now ready to find a family of her own.

Carmen is making good progress with her house training and is well on her way to being 100% accident-free. She sleeps happily in her crate at night and is comfortable spending some time there during the day too. Like most puppies her age, however, she won’t enjoy being confined for extended periods.
Carmen absolutely loves people and will readily form strong bonds with her family. For this reason, while she is young and still finding her feet in the world, she would benefit from a home where she isn’t left alone for long, regular periods.
She is a bright, eager-to-learn girl who responds well to positive reinforcement and treats. She picks things up quickly and enjoys learning new skills.
Carmen also loves other dogs. She confidently approaches them for a sniff and a play, and she is happy to share her toys and treats with her canine friends. She hasn’t yet been around cats, but given her friendly and accepting nature, with a careful introduction and appropriate supervision, we expect she could make friends with a cat too — that’s just Carmen being Carmen!
