MEET KANGA, THE MOST LOVING, GORGEOUS WEE BOY Kanga came into our care when he was just three days old and soon developed a large abscess above his eye. He was absolutely tiny, and his foster mum named him Kanga Roo because she imagined that one day this little boy would be bouncing through long grass and fields of flowers, enjoying and loving life — bouncy and full of fun, just like Roo from Winnie the Pooh. And that is exactly the little boy he has become. Sadly, despite treatment, the damage to Kanga’s eye eventually meant it needed to be removed. But look at him now. Kanga is all healed, happy, thriving and ready to find his forever family. Having one eye doesn’t slow him down for a second. He runs, plays, explores and absolutely loves life. He is clever, sweet, affectionate and such a good wee boy. Kanga is fostered alongside two big dogs who he absolutely adores, as well as younger foster puppies who he loves playing and spending time with. Hasn’t met cats. He’s doing fantastically with his toilet training and sleeps peacefully in his pen at night. And then there are the BUBBLES! Kanga absolutely loves catching bubbles, and his favourites are banana-flavoured. He catches them perfectly, bouncing around after them just like Roo! Nothing holds this gorgeous boy back. Now Kanga is ready for the next chapter — a family of his very own who will love him for exactly who he is. A family who will continue his training, give him guidance and firm, consistent boundaries, take him on adventures and, most importantly, love him forever. Because underneath that cheeky, bouncy personality is simply the most loving, gorgeous, good wee boy who deserves the most amazing forever family.
