Ash is a small-medium breed pup (possibly staffi x) who came into care covered in mange and starving. He is recovering well and is learning all about what it means to be a well mannered, sociable, well loved little boy. He is house trained and crate trained and happily walks beside me on or offlead. He is wary of new things but gaining confidence daily.
He gets very excited about food and loves belly rubs! He is currently fostered in Stanmore Bay in a family with two boys (7 & 12yrs) and with several other dogs of all ages and sizes.
He accepts new members into the pack cautiously but happily; but is still quite mouthy with humans so not suited to a home with small children who may find this annoying. The vet has estimated his DOB to be late June/early July. He is ready to be scooped up by someone who wants a little man, who’s full of character, who soaks up all the TLC you can give him and who will be a devoted, loyal companion in return.
